General Training

It is recommended that staff complete the Campus Solutions General Training and review the Fact Sheets and Terminology before reviewing the Student Accounts training materials. 

Campus Solutions General Training - Welcome to Campus Solutions!

This training is available for all faculty and staff members new to Campus Solutions. 

Upon completion of this training, users will be able to:

• Understand how to navigate within Campus Solutions
• Recognize the components of Academic Structure
• Understand new terminology and concepts unique to Campus Solutions

Self-paced Training

• Student Financials - Account Basics

  This training provides learners with the introductory knowledge necessary to locate select student data within Campus Solutions (CS), in addition to viewing a student's financial account information and running the tuition calculation process for students. 

  This course is available for self-enrollment on D2L. 

• Student Financials - Post Student Transactions

  This training provides learners with the introductory knowledge necessary to locate select student data within Campus Solutions (CS), in addition to posting charges and payments to a student account, reversing charges and transactions, posting and processing refunds, and managing waivers.
