Change Coordinator Network

At the start of the SIS Modernization Project in 2019, colleges and major administrative units were asked to identify one or more individuals to serve as Change Coordinators for the duration of the Project. Change Coordinators were to serve as the primary liaisons between the SIS Project team and their respective colleges/departments or unit.

Over the course of the Project, Change Coordinators were instrumental in supporting the successful implementation of the new SIS by helping their respective units prepare for changes associated with SIS modernization. If you have any questions regarding the Change Coordinator Network or college/departmental/unit contacts, please reach out to

Data and SIS Auxiliary

Throughout the SIS Modernization Project, any application utilizing SIS data, either directly from the mainframe or from existing data warehouse tables, required optimization in order to properly function after the transition to Campus Solutions. These ancillary applications are collectively known as SIS Auxiliary systems.
